Great service and the staff are very friendly. However, often closed when they should be open. 6 weeks after having my tragus pierced I returned to have the jewellery changed, but they were closed. This was a Saturday so they should have been open. This was the same the following week, and then the week. The 4th week I returned to find them open at 2pm, but with no piercers present in the shop until 6pm. It's infuriating.
